CO10
The CO10 is a tinting machine which features ten tanks for the production of full tint or tailored gradient tinted lenses using a movable gradient arm which can be positioned in front of any tank. It is a perfect fit for medium-to-large sized labs. An automatic water refilling system provides a consistent and stable process control – maintaining the tanks at the same level and condition. Precise temperature control and secure insulation of each bath combined to a magnetic stirrer ensure a homogenous bath and thus consistent tinting whatever the lens position is in the holders. A laminar airflow from the front to the rear of the tanks guarantees operator protection from tinting bath vapours.
