Under the responsibility of our after-sales service manager, the technician manages the following tasks:
– Respond to technical support requests from our customers
– Creation of quotes
– Order confirmations
– Management of parts returns
– Realization of the technical documentation of the machines
– Interventions with our customers in France and abroad to carry out maintenance or
modification of machines (about 25% of the time)
Interaction with the workshop, the spare parts store and the Export department.
Practice fluent English.
