CDC 1000
The CDC 1000 hard coating machine is designed for mid- and large-sized production. It produces up to 150 lenses/h. Equipped with less technology than its big brother CDS 1000, it presents an economically prized alternative. Manual loading and unloading of the CDC1000 takes place at the side doors. Simple, automatic supply of water, detergent and alcohol refilling. The coater features six cleaning tanks for fast processing. No batching is required. Varnishing takes place by dipping and by thermal polymerization.
